RM (Rep Max) is the maximum weight you can lift for a specific number of reps. RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) is a 1-10 scale of how hard a set felt. RIR (Reps in Reserve) is how many reps you could have done before failure. These metrics help track true progress beyond just weight and reps.
